WARRANTY

   As professionals, we strive to raise a healthy, happy pet. The utmost care is given in vaccinations and keeping our babies parasite free. We spoil each one with attention so they are well socialized. We try to do everything within our power to reduce stress. We will guarantee NO DEATH for 10 days from the date it leaves our kennel; We must have notification within 72 hours of any problem. We DO NOT reimburse for medications or for any veterinary fees for any reason. If within 12 months from the date of purchase, your puppy is diagnosed by your veterinarian as having a debilitating hereditary defect, that in his opinion, prevents your puppy from serving you as a companion pet, we will replace the puppy with another one of the same breed when we have one available. Claims must be accompanied by a Veterinarians Health Certificate with a full explanation of the problem, lab test acquired, medications given, etc. and be received in our office within 10 days of the first Vet visit. We reserve the right to ask for a second opinion at our expense. If a difference of opinion occurs, we will adhere to the advice and or diagnosis of OUR veterinarian. Hypoglycemia is not covered under this warranty. Due to the fact that some breeds are predisposed to inherent weaknesses that do not constitute congenital abnormalities debilitating in nature, they may not qualify under the 12 month provision. WE WILL NOT guarantee against human error.
